Is he a jerk or going to be a team player?vaadi pain vaadu chesthada lekapothe andhariki help chesthada team/project success kosam? 2. If we find the person with the Right attitude, technical stuff is not a big deal. We can teach him or invest in the employee to train the technical stuff. 3. Is he going to be a person who just follow the herd or he is going to be a leader who questions the herd behavior and make improvements/changes to bring better processes or bring projects success etc 4. Is this person going to fit in the current team culture? 5. What are you bringing to the table which other team mates don't bring?
