Bro definitely go with an attorney, first time aite dismiss chestaru. You will need to take defensive driving, pay court fee and lawyer fee. Oka 500 aytadi, points kuda ravu.

Unfortunately , Georgia state does not waive the points if we take defensive driving course!! :(

 

How can I get a traffic ticket dismissed?

Georgia doesn't dismiss traffic tickets for taking Defensive Driving or Driver Improvement courses, but if you fight your ticket in court and win, the ticket is dismissed.
