Hi Bros,

 

I have a question regarding my current job in HCL India.

 

I decided to leave job and come to USA for masters.

 

But they are asking me to serve notice period of 3 months.

 

or else they won't give any relieve letters or experience letters.

 

If I decided to abscond and don't get any relieve/experience letters, will it be a problem in usa after my masters for getting jobs?

 

Are those relieve letters or experience letters any helpful to me in getting job in USA?

Not at all....you cant use them as tissue paper also...

my suggestion, if you have visa already then leave... else give 3 months notice period, prepare for GRE , TOEFL and get visa... if something goes wrong you will still have secondary options with your relieving letters... If I were you I won't leave without the notice period... experience will count when you are in GC phase...

What about during job experience background check bro?? Will these experience serve as my proof for my job experience?

I already got the VISA, I can't miss the fall semester or else I have to wait for spring semester again.

any experience under a different employer will count for GC experience man... your experience always doesn't start after you finish your master's right... you didn't do for anyone like that or what man...

Not under EB2 if you have US masters though.. I am not sure in what sense you mean? EXP doesnt really matters if you have masters in US and I am not sure if it does(as per my understanding) under EB2

visa approved - so no issues of exp letters and stuff bro

and exp does matters when applying for jobs and GC, for ex after you graduate in US, you can build a resume where you ca include your india work exp too which is genuine in your case, ad when time of filing GC you sure can show your india exp which really helps in your case, good luck!!
