Not under EB2 if you have US masters though.. I am not sure in what sense you mean? EXP doesnt really matters if you have masters in US and I am not sure if it does(as per my understanding) under EB2

background check paper lo has he met all the policies ani something okati untadi... my friend quit his company without the notice period and he lost a FT at Apple because of that issue... sometimes small things will create issues man... Background check will go the HR team directly but not your team mates... It doesn't happen in all cases but I am saying if you have fulfilled all things it will be good ani...
