visa issues Passport Poindi.....

Ma friend passport gone, passoport apply chestey with in 2 weeks vastadi anukondi... 

 

question enti antey...

 

1. Visa stamping ki povalaa?  I am sure we need to go but db pedalu confirm.

2. he was in out of status (some funda with university I am not too sure he forgot to pay fees anukunta) recently they are in process of making instate

 

so db pedal please explain what are the option now? what are the chances of getting visa ?

#1,stamping kavali..if he leaves the country n want to come back again.

 

#2..aa instate process inaaka vellamanu babu ni..country bayataku..if that instate is not suceesful,60 days grace period lo untae...he suld go back by        then or else 5/10 yrs ban based on his over stay without proper status.

1)yes definetly povali....incase of new passport issued(due to lost or stolen)...okavela expired passport aithe avarsaram undadhu u can carry the expired(which has visa stamping) and new passport when u travel to us

 

2)hmm....might be an issue or may not be ..for passport i think they will ask the current proof of status if he has that it shud be fine...but i'll have someone who applied a passport recently answer this...

get passport from indian consulate in emergency quota...come up with some notarised emegency letter...consulate give passport in 2 days
