yeah daily one hour practise chesthunna potta lopaliki lakkoni Oka 15 minutes unchadaniki.....progressive gaane vundhi practise....

20lbs taggadam is not an easy task man..that too 2 weeks aa...min 2 months kavali...adi regular ga exercise untae emina close to 10 reach avvochu..i mean healthy taggadam..pasthulu undi taggadam gurinchi kaadhu..!!

if u strave urselves...stomach lo nee food ni digest chayyadaniki acids releasa avuthai..if no food is  there to digest..aa acids nee stomach meedha effect choopisthae...ulcers andhukae vasthae...stomach lo,food sarriga time ki thinaka,...!!

tinakunda taggadam is waste a weight we will regain...danikanna healthy eating habits to taggute atleast 2-3 years maintain avvachu...

 

 

eat 1 cup cooked rice and lots of veggies ...1/2 cup dal and unlimited salads and fruits  + exercise --i lost 40 pounds in 5 months this way with personal training sessions thrice a week

 

 

But taggaka oka 2 yrs ki malla pichi tindi tinna gained back...cokes + junk every thing s%H#
