earlier i used to cardio like eliptical , thread not much use 

 

trying doing insanity , body attack 

 

sweat total body nunchi vasthundhi , it will not leave any place 

 

TU,TH,SA-Body attack 

MON,WED,FRI-Body Pump 

 

2 fists of oats , with full of curry at 7 am 

half apple , and carrot at 2pm 

coffe/tea at 4 Pm

4 small/2 1/2 big chapathi with curry at 7 pm 

 

i follow daily(weekdays), weekends koncham gallery_8818_6_385253.gif?1367349476

 

 

i reduced around 7 pounds in a 1 month 1 week

poddune curry endhi vayie chiraku ga. nenu oats with 1scoop of protein power, 1 spoon of greek yogurt , 1 boiled egg tinta .
