Why is Pavan Kalyan so overrated as an actor?

I live in Hyderabad and see that many people around me including my friends follow him and are his fans. They never gave me a satisfactory answer to the question and instead said that I will know the answer if I watch his movies. Why should I watch his movies as most of them are movies I've already watched in Hindi.
