Urgent Car Accident Help

Hi Friends,

 

I had a car accident 1 hour back. Desi to desi Gujju guy. I hit him from back bcoz he suddenly stopped at yellow in the middle after crossing white line

 

when i saw him i think he is going to cross (right turn) but this stupid fellow crossed the white line and stopped in the middle. I applied sudden break and just touched his car bumber. and nothing happened to both of our cars. He called police and police came. 

 

The interesting point is he is saying he got some neck lash or back lash some thing happened so may be after 1 or 2 days or after a month i may get neck problem. so i need a ticket or some thing he asked cop. Cop said he cant give any ticket to any one. nothing happened to both of ur cars and both of you are fine so he indirectly said fu*** off annttu cheppadu vadhiki. 

 

gujju gadhu inka cop ni please give me some record or some thing anni adigithe, cop gadu vadhi details ichadu. if u have any questions u can call us anni valla support number ichadu. they can have this incident recorded in their system anni cheppadu. 

 

Gujju gadhu natho dont worry i am not going to sue u but this is for my safe side anni cheppadu. he took my car picture and number place picture. I said r u kidding you are going to sue me for this issue annattu gattiga cheppa.

 

Do i need to inform to my insurance company about this incident ...? what are my options if he says he got some neck problem or some thing annii repu naku calll chesthe ellla.. ? cop asked us to exchange our numbers.

 

This happened in MA.
