Airlines Charged Excess Baggage?, Here Is Procedure To Get Refund

HI DBians

  I am sarumankabap. I booked ticket british airways ticket AUS-DFW-LHR-HYD. AUS to DAL operated by American airways.

American charged extra $100 for 2nd baggage even though British has 2 baggage allowance. DOT rules tell us that since BA(British Airways) is marketing carrier its allowance rule should apply for entire itinerary.

If you were recently been in this situation raise a complaint at DOT website.

You submit receipt with your ticket.  I got refund within 24 hours. US airways and american are ek number ka **** fill with nice word here. good luck.

GP.. I Traveled @ BA (with AA in US) Couple of tymes.. Never Had dis Issue.. Perhaps its Airlines Staff Fault @ Airport..
