first nuvvu oka budget anuko , daanlo spend 20-30% on getting the site up and  spend the rest of the money on marketing , if you just build a site and dont spend on marketing it'll be a total waste of your efforts..

 

there are saas based platforms like shopify and martjack that come pre made with all the features required ( like payment integration , logistics support etc etc ) , So , get an account with them

 

find a good webdesigner on free lancer or Odesk and get the website done by them , nee requirement ki it shouldnt cost much ..
