finally found some time today to find out about the self drive car rentals in hyd that u asked about ...

 

I went to the airport today to pickup a cousin and while i was waiting for her i went to hertz car rental and asked about their self drive service ,

 

The lady that i spoke to told me that i need to have a flight number and passport to make a reservation and only then she can tell me about the fares ( it seemed really weird because apparently u cant book a car if u dont have a flight number )

 

So , I asked her for for approximate fares and she told me that it would cost about 2-3k/day for medium segment cars ,

 

I asked her if she knows about any other place where i can look for it , She actually gave me a website where we can book self drive cars ( not affiliated to Hertz)  , I'm pretty sure there are other people offering similar services too but this is all i know as of now ....
