Is this the new rule by any chance about 30 days start date ? because my brother came to US almost 75 days(as I was here) before his sem start date in 2010 but he never had any issues..so was just wondering if this might be the new rule

DB_Police Posted May 19, 2015 Report Posted May 19, 2015 options for your friend. 1) since the student record is already activated, he needs to attend full time course at the current univ until he gets his record transferred to the new school. 2) go back to india n go through the visa process to the new school and come back, 30 days kante mundu enter avvakoodadu paina rendintilo okati seyyali, ledu ante u ll begin to accrue unlawful stay in US bye1 also I would highly recommend to talk to the new school DSO about the procedure. I know they ll tell you da same, but might be vere courses emanna unnayemo choosko at new school.
