both AP and TG are wrong in playing this kind of games. but then, given the way state was divided, I'd place a slightly higher level of moral responsibility on TG to show empathy towards AP.

 

Because TG was the beneficiary of the hapahazard split. 

 

yeah after the split a lot of things could have been done in a much much better ways  , but its a fact that people from both the states are hell bent on dragging each other down and the're making the best use of every opportunity they get ...

 

yeah one should have empathy and moral responsibility towards others, but not at the expense of neglecting your own people ( TG students in this case ) ...
