Client has now 4 Developer roles.
Need 3 strong on Oracle AR technical- try to be more on $65- $68/hr range 

1 on AR Technical with OAF. – Rate can be $70/hr- $75/hr for that


1) DEVELOPER 1
looking for an Oracle Application Developer to play a key role in designing and extending applications for our premier client. This position will be responsible for designing and developing solutions and support of multiple applications within the Oracle e-Business suite. Core activities will include development of technical specifications, development of interfaces in and out of the e-business suite, and end user support for multiple applications in multiple geographies.
Basic Qualifications
• A minimum of six years of experience developing solutions for Oracle’s e-business suite.
• Experience with Oracle’s development tools including PL/SQL reports, forms, BI publisher and Workflow Builder.
• Experience with at least one of these e-business suite applications: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Procurement, General Ledger, Inventory, Fixed Assets
• Experience in Accounts Receivable is a must-have
• Experience engaging Oracle Support to research and resolve issues
Preferred Qualifications
• Must have a strong functional knowledge of the Oracle e-Business suite in a multiple organization and multiple set of books environment.
• A strong desire to work in a fast paced dynamic environment.
• Must be able to work independently with limited general supervision.
• Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively organize and communicate across functional and technical lines are critical.
• Root cause analysis and complex problem solving skills are important.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL best practices.
• Must have very strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications with an emphasis toward highly available and scalable global solutions.
• Experience prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts and negotiating timelines are necessary skills.


2) DEVELOPER 2
looking for an Oracle Order to Cash Functional Analyst to play a key role in designing and extending applications. This position will be responsible for designing and developing solutions and support of Order to Cash business process within the Oracle e-Business suite. Core activities will include requirement gathering, solution design, configuring EBS modules, testing, and end user support for multiple applications in multiple geographies.

Basic Qualifications 
• At least 6 years of experience implementing Oracle EBS Order to Cash modules including: Order Management, Accounts Receivables, TCA and Inventory
• Strong knowledge in Accounts Receivables is a must-have
• Experienced in developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
• A minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations
In addition, successful candidates should have the following preferred background:

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of business and technical personnel
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Implementation experience with Oracle Release 12 (R12)
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS table structure and data flows a plus
• Rolling O2C to different countries will be an added plus.
