One of my friend is looking for job in SQL BI Development in LA/Orange county,CA, she's on H1,how is the job market for it in genral .Any Help ....

Very bad...very good few years ago

not that bad, compared to Jan and Feb of this year. if you have good communication skills to speak with vendor defen she will get job in 1 or 2 months. Clients are taking interviews but not confirming quickly. It all depends on your employer. if you market yourself using dice you dont get any serious calls.
