so which section of population should be banned from voting to make democracy better.

 

1. middle class - no political maturity. They end up believing all the BS they hear on media, and elect dolts like Kejri, and dream seller like Modi.

 

2. Govt workers - obviously it makes sense to not allow them to elect their own masters.

 

3. uppercaste - I still can't find a good reason to ban them, but they should be anyway.
