ILAQAT_MUFLIYA Posted May 21, 2015 Report Posted May 21, 2015 Hi Friends, I am working for an employer on H1B for 3 years. I am working from a client from 2 years. Now, my client offered me full time and asked me to get a "no obligation letter" from my employer to be cautious. When i asked my employer for letter he is trying to play games by saying that i can help you with the letter if your client HR will pay us 15% of your base salary. After hearing this my client HR is saying if your employer is playing dirty we dont need his letter we will go ahead with H1 Transfer My Client never wrote any agreement with my employer as i am working on EVVC model. Prime vendor also says i am good for H1 transfer. if i go ahead with the transfer can my current employer sue me or create troubles for me? Evadu vayya aa employer.. 3 yrs pani chesaka intha chillarga behaving.. Post the name..
