new_here Posted May 22, 2015 Report Posted May 22, 2015 No Grace period , the day you terminated next day on wards you are out of Status, Still you can find new job through new employer , your H1B get approved but USCIS may not issue new I-94 (extension of Stay) in this case you have to leave the country and come back then you will get new i94. neeku valid H1B visa stamp vunte emproblem vundadu lekunte Stamping ki vellali
