MSA is not an address(same undadaniki)...it represnts a particular metropiltan (statistical area) like NYC motham oka MSA......oka MSA lo differet vendors and clients undara?

Ne remote location same MSA lo unte no worries, if not you have to update your LCA with two address(Client and Remote) and file Amendment.
