Thanks bullet, will try it, weight loss ki kooda panikosthadi kada adi

 

 

yes panikosthundhi.,.... but periodic water will removed toxic from body...

 

okatey problem enti antey ganta ki oka sari sugar patient laaga paata padalsi vosthundhi!!

 

This is what I do to keep up the current weight

 

Wake up in the morning 5 AM

 

Drink 24 Oz of water

 

wake up again at  7:am

 

then eat grain bread with lettuce... tomato and one slice of onion

 

 

then   go on with your office routine

 

once you start your day - get a hot water + lime+ honey

 

then  drink periodically... like a small glass per hour 

 

then stop it one hour before lunch

 

and resume the routine after lunch
