Ok. Serious reply. Depends on your work out. Like how many calories you burn and how your muscle reacts. And things like dihydrotestosterone, testosterone levels that your body produces will also decide. Some things are genetical. And the diet also effects.

U can do either ketosis or intermittent fasting...to recude body fat....then comes the weight lifting part....
if body fat is reduce ur abs will strt showing up....the key is reduced body fat

It effects muscle, bladness and heart (healthy one) also. It has different and produces different chemical variants. Google for testosterone and muscle
