eat red meats, goat curry or beef 3 days in a week and be active in sex( or HP), ur body will increase testosterone levels, which will help with muscle buliding  (of course u need to lift weights at gym)and inturn will reduce body fat.

muscle building and body fat loss can be achieved simultaneosuly...

 

remember this...having six pack is not a goal...its a way of life,,,,

The first thing that they tell you is to avoid the red meat. Foods like brown bread, chicken breast..and more protien stuff helps building the muscle. The red meat doesn't help with fat reduction. The brown bread and similar food items helps the fat into muscle.

first go get ur body fat % checked .... u should get it down to 10-11% to start seeing abs ...
