donganaaK Posted May 23, 2015 Report Posted May 23, 2015 nakoka doubt even if islamic state has taken over some parts of iraq and controlling bussiness like oil exports how are they able to make transactions? they don't represent the actual iraq govt right? so how are they getting money food aid etc? when u're selling something like oil there will always be a buyer , the'll figure out how to complete the transaction ..... nenu oka article chadiva that the ISIS is selling oil at 15-20$ a barrel ... antha thakkuva ki ammithe im guessing there will be a huge line of buyers lined up before them ...

Edo guess kotinnattu vunnav. They Sell oil for cash.. As simple as that. Advantage for the buyer us that they get oil for very less than market price. But Oil is not their primary source of income. They looted banks, thru which they got atleast $300 million And then they tax govt employees upto 50% Companies 20% tax Extortion payments from EU Oil is not even a major source of income for these guys.
