nakoka doubt  even if islamic state has taken over some parts of iraq and controlling bussiness like oil exports how are they able to make transactions? they don't represent the actual iraq govt right? so how are they getting money food aid etc?

 

when u're selling something like oil there will always be a buyer , the'll figure out how to complete the transaction ..... nenu oka article chadiva that the ISIS is selling oil at 15-20$ a barrel ...
