The portal will record your grievance through your Aadhar number. Using this, you can track the progress of your application. MeeKosam also gives you an option to classify your complaint.
Once your grievance has been registered, you will receive an acknowledgement via SMS/e-mail.
From the government's end, the grievance will be registered, tracked and forwarded to the concerned department. If your grievance is not addressed within a certain time-frame, it will immediately be escalated to higher authorities.
