Yes with the same client indeed.. but stamping is not the problem kada.. vachaka client marithey h1b amendment reject ayye chances kuda unnai..

That is history now kada... Ippat nunchi client change ki prati sari amendment dobbichkovali.. that too before joining the client..so technically it doesn't matter

Amendment with extension undadu.. Extension appudu current client details istaru... Niku extension ki more than 6 months untey amendment cheyincho.. villu history refer chestaru ata LCA + 129 should be in sync ani.. lekuntey employer ki fine vestaru.. in extreme cases they may directly revoke h1b as you have not filed amendment.. You still have time until AUG 2015 to file amendment since you changed clients before May 21.. So they are being generous

Same employer unte matram Stamping not required on change of client ani telusu.. out of Country travel ayyetappudu i would suggest so contact your attorney once to make sure everything is alright..

Naaku kuda same situation unde last year.. extension filing appudu.. but i did it anyhow.. Extesnion file chesetapudu pending lo unte job aipothey.. kotha LCA update cheyyali and new i-129 update cheyyali..

actual rules prakaram vaild stamp unte, just employer change valana malla stamp cheyinchukovalsina avasaram emi ledhu.......but, e rule e poe gallaki teluso ledho.......poe lo idhe vishayam daggara savagottachu.....
