yea true ext or amendment cheyinchu kunta we will get new I-94

 

but ikkada scene different...his stamping was done but when he went to India and at POE vallu i94 only passport expiry date ki icharu, lets say if they give i94 according to your H1 expiry date then no issues but that didnt happen in this case

 

so his i94 is expired on Apr 11th, so he has to leave contry and re-enter to get new passport or has to file ext or amend his H1
