he lost in the 3rd constituency and won 2/3 . this was the second time . Obviosuly in politics, after the first term , there will be some incumbency . Besides, they know that NTR would not be the kalwakurty MLA even if he won, as he is bound to win in the other 2 regions. so it was not as disgraceful as loosing for the very first time , being a fresh face and promising people a "change" and then finally...ending up loosing with a first time Woman contestant whose name was never heard of before.
