Bfast brown bread/roti ,1 cup coffee
Mid mrng- medium fruit
Lunch-2 roti,curry n big plate salad
Evening-roasted sunflower seeds/chana/2 digestive Marie biscuits
Dinner-2 chapati n curry, small plate salad

super kada...have u noticed healthy/body changes and how long have you been following this diet

Ee diet plan tho easy ga 4kgs reduce cheyochu in a month
I did long back to reduce but ippudu just maintaining Anthe..nothing to reduce
Preg lo no complications,skin glows n hair healthy..
