People without knowing facts chala chepthaaru. But any cooking requires some temp maintenance. I read somewhere that if cooked with right temp...some foods retain more nutrients in microwave woven than what you cook using conventional methods..for Eg like Spinach retains more nutrients when cooked in microwave oven. And similarly some foods loose more nutrients in microwave woven.
