Yes USCIS website lo undi chudu oka saari.. You have to file LCA and Amendment.. appudu ni amendment petition file ayyaka can join client.. Already client maari amendment file cheyyani vallaki 90 days time ichindi USCIS to file it.. After may 21 if you change client you have to follow amendment and LCA rule..
