karna11 Posted June 1, 2015 Report Posted June 1, 2015 you can apply your extension 180 days before , alage H4 and H4 EAD same time lo apply cheyachu . Take that as advantage and apply H4 Ext and H4 EAD same time. i don't think soo. if u have source plzz post here

An H-1B extension of stay petition, an H-4 extension of stay application, and an application for employment authorization? Yes. You may file your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization together with your Form I-539, Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status and the Form I-129, Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker filed on behalf of your H-1B spouse. For extensions of nonimmigrant status, the Form I-129 for your H-1B spouse can be filed no more than six months before the date that the employer needs your spouse to work.
