Finished 100 miles , lost 1 kg weight loss in 2 weeks 

feel refreshed , able to go uphill without any issues , previously heart used to pound when climbing steep hill 

met new friends on bike trail 

 

Most important 1 less hour spent on computer

I am not trying to loose weight with cycling , I am trying to improve endurance
Weight loss is additional advantage

I don't run 12 miles in an hour , but I do 3 to 4 miles when I go out jogging

Yeah obviously slope and steep hills are part of trail , slope lo less energy but steep hill is hard

overall I am enjoying Cycling
