Update on Bike Riding Experience , over the last 5 weeks i have improved my my fitness significantly

able to bike 20 miles all terrain cement track , gravel trail , uphill , down hill , making me feel really good after the ride 

 

My calf muscle has started to shape really good , my legs are shaping up now 

 

Registered for RAGBRAI this year , planning to do a part of it for a day , 

 

 

If any one interested in RAGBRAI you can register 

 

and Interesting thing is my colleague was an american olympic team aspirant when he was young and knows lance armstrong so there is a chance that i can meet him personally during this ride

Finished 100 miles , lost 1 kg weight loss in 2 weeks
feel refreshed , able to go uphill without any issues , previously heart used to pound when climbing steep hill
met new friends on bike trail

Most important 1 less hour spent on computer

New update 45 miles today awesome feeling , just that little dehydrated from extreme heat wave with Temp feel of 105 

but successfully finished required miles 

 

 

One more week for RAGBRAI , hopefully should be able to do 60 miles per day by that time 

 

On weight side lost 5 kilos so far 0 to 2 kilos took me almost a month but from there it is easy , no diet control at all

No not much yet don't have a flat belly yet , but i could feel my arm upper and lower extremity muscles improve significantly and spine chuttu unde muscles improve ayyayi baga , good shape vasthundi , 

will take some time i guess may be 3 to 4 months may be
