oka 1 month andaram ee exercise lu cheyddamaa?? drink thakkuva cheysi daily kramam thappakunda atleast ee month cheyddam and will see how much change will happen. koddiga sannagaa aina manaki manchi motivation vastundi future exercise ki.. evarevaru join avutharu naathoo..

 

kramashikshana kavali.. common gusa gusa
