ee 1 month Oil entha thagginchagalamo antha thaggiddam

 

Mandu, smoke total ga stop.. or appudappudu

 

Mrng avacado or berries inka emaina or juice

 

Lunch ekkuva curry (less salt tho) thakkuva rice or chapathi

 

evng oats

 

night thinnanni fruits

 

1 coffee or tea per day

 

no outside foods

 

veelaithey walking oka 30 mins alaa saradagaa

 

1 day successfully completed.. and pai vastundi thokkalodi pawan-kalyan-trivikram-laugh-gif.gif
