Krish Posted June 1, 2015 Report Posted June 1, 2015 I don't know its same as quantum diet or something....where you actually eat your dinner at 2'O clock in the after noon and next morning you can have a heavy breakfast...snacks etc...and dinner again at 2'O clock...yeah...looks like basic idea is giving body 16 hours fasting...
