Rebel890 Posted June 2, 2015 Report Posted June 2, 2015 Once u r out of status ,it's very hard to get urslelves back on track unless u have a legit reason to satisfy the USCIS ppl .and the 60 days grace period u talking abt,it's some span the INS offers u as an immigrants just to let go urselves out of USA without having to face any problems further .once u r out of the country with in the span of 60 days u will be able to come back again with any kind of visa u wish and if that 60 days period is gone n u still haven't left the country,those uscis ppl can ban u for latest 10 yrs .
