no one is asking others to follow it. This is not instant noodles to expect permanent change right away.

 

talking about one's own caste, especially the privileges of it allows the lower caste guy to feel comfortable, and be confident of being in the right company.

 

ofcourse the same can be achieved by totally avoiding discussion on caste. But the reality outside your little group is rather different. And expecting the lower caste fellow to not talk about his issues outside your group is rather harsh, don't you think?

 

so, if you are caste free, its awesome. but not everyone is so. so until atleast majority of them are like you, it makes sense to rake it up.

well its a period by period type with these castes..

first the brahmins for up top..now u see their plight..before tht the kshatriyas were..u dont know wher they are now.

now u see another caste at top..and someones else comes up another day.

u cant blame urselves for ur wrong timing of birth...but u can make it better for urselves by living it up rather than whining abt it.
