Obama rule /ACA comes inot effect.. Are you going with employer or shopping outside? Go to Healthcare.gov and apply.. select special life event as addition of a member. you can also get discounts if your salary is less..good way to go rather than individual..

 

Best is to go with employer..

Yes you can , as your married this is called qualifying event , so you can change or add insurance
