He did not say anything bro.. vaadu kuda moving lo ne unde... naa kismat ki... nenu kop car ne overtake chesina... light esindu... 3AM dark unde.. so theliyaledu. He just said.. i reduced speed from 82~84 to 75... this will reduce your fine by a lot.. just pay it off ani vellipoindu... Theluskodaniki emanna chance untundha bro.. points padthaaya ani
