if i were u i would go for 2 nd one man....it depends what you want to be in next 4-5 yrs  2nd one loo prove chesukuntey you will have good growth in future...1st one no use just eat and sleep in home...

 

PS i did WFH 3 days in week and pissed off left in 6 months....
