arshad Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 L1A falls under EB1 L1A is for Managerial Postion L1A GC in 3 Months Max 6 Months Its not easy to get L1A Visa have to show hell a lot of proofs & docs You should prove that you have Hiring & Firing authority in US as a Manager
