nagdon Posted June 5, 2015 Report Posted June 5, 2015 Naa I-94 meeda expiry date May 31 2015 ani undi...But na passport, F1 visa and OPT are valid till 2017.....Ippudu naa stay illegal ah? sSa_j@il go to nearest CBP office and extend your i-94..........last month naa frnd (h1 lo unnadu) ilane expire ayyaka oka 3 days ki chusukunnadu.....visa stamp and H1 i797 lo 2016 varaku valid ani undi but port of entry lo April 30th varake icharu.....so he went to nearest CBP office and got extended until H1 end date...........nee visa status/stamp enni yrs unna, to legally stay in this country you need to have i-94 active........consult your employer and his attorney and visit CBP office ASAP......dont worry, it will be fine
