But some times we doesn't know that we know what manager need or not.. basically Junior Dev always be hyper active if he make a minor progress ... two things always works in IT work....or meetings.... if u know something smile and answer.... if u dont know a single thing....shut-up.... so #1.SMILE #2.SILENCE these 2 things always work....

Just finish work in time with no complains.... nobody cares about your background weather you are fake or real if you are efficient at work. thats my view
