Nandamuri Balakrishna would be a runaway favorite for the top slot.  His mumbling and jumbling and his lengthy, inarticulate speeches can have the people pulling at their hair in frustration. He is truly a ‘Legend’ in that sense.  And Unfortunately, Chandrababu had to experience the pain of Balayya’s speeches on many occasions without the option of switching to another channel.

 

  There are in fact rumors that when Nara Lokesh visited the US recently, Obama requested him for a complete set of his father-in-law’s speeches, to be used against terrorists as a ‘third degree’ form of torture.  :police: 

 

Is it any wonder then that Chandrababu at the ‘Bhoomi Puja’ refused to give Balayya the opportunity to speak despite repeated pleas from a section of the gathering? He allowed the likes of Nannapaneni Rajakumari and others to speak but he took absolutely no chances with Balayya.  Thus, Naidu saved the public from an experience more dangerous than the severe heat wave affecting the State.
