Otherwise they would have made a move when they arrested RR. Case against CBN will be strong only if RR turns approver. Even though t news is saying ACB will question CBN, its merely for eye washing and media propaganda. All ts govt wants is mud slugging on CBN and TDP. Most probably CBN will get sympathy from Ap and will have tough time in TG. And this media frenzy will go on for few days(till ghmc elections). Even the timing looks like tg govt is targeting CBN on AP formation day. I think center will not allow any move against CBN. Because if two CMs are fighting in this way. Its a bad name to brand India. For which modi is not ready to sacrifice.
