Employer problem with Job description anedi only if you are FTE or working with big vendor like k-force or so, rest pich lite man...

This is what my employer says and persuading me to EB3 your employer is right. what matters is what job requires. gc start cheyyadam lo first step, recruitment process start cheyyali. software engineer positions ki masters in computer science or related field ani adugutharu. mba ani job description lo pettadam kastam. looks like u already have 4 years of experience. go with eb3 as of now. eb2 chesina gc raadini minimum 5 years paduthundi. aa lopala neeku 5 yrs experience vachesthundi, then u can port ur application to eb2

My employer says that MBA doesn’t help me to file under EB2 as my role(Big Data Hadoop Developer) doesn’t match with my Masters. Seniors vachi salahaaaalu ivvvandi….. EB2 can save atleast few years of time in processing kadha….. Please suggest way to file it under EB2.. u can apply EB1 toooo. no objections. but approval probability less. kaani nee case lo 5 yrs exp vunnadi kabatti EB2 gud 2 go. approve ayye chances vunnayi.

EB2 lo kudaharadhu ani naa employer telling.. 2) Just asssume i did MBA in US (Certificate evaluation cheyipinchaanu.... positive vachindhi) .....
