Debt redemption for farmers: Despite the new State of Andhra Pradesh staring at a revenue deficit of nearly Rs.16,000 crore, our government has successfully implemented the debt redemption scheme for farmers. 2. Amaravati - A People's Capital: Keeping up with the modern times yet reviving our history, our government has chosen the new Capital’s name as Amaravati. We had announced the capital between Vijayawada and Guntur region because of its central location and easy accessibility in the state. In a historic move, the government has pooled 33,000 acres of land under the land pooling scheme for the capital development. We aim to make it a world-class capital by attracting people from across the globe. It will be a people’s capital. 3. Energy-secure state: Within 100 days of government, Andhra Pradesh has achieved the “zero power cuts” milestone. The power deficit in the state has been brought down from 22 million units per day to zero. 4. Hike in social security pensions: For the elderly and widows, pensions were increased by 5 times to Rs 1,000 and for Persons with disabilities, it was increased by three times to Rs 1,500. 5. Abolition of belt shops: This move has brought down alcoholism and sale of illicit liquor in the state.

That apart, the government has given 43% fitment to state government employees and RTC employees despite revenue deficit. 7. Polavaram – Lifeline for Rayalaseema: To make Rayalseema drought-free, our government has decided to expedite the works of the Polavaram multi-purpose irrigation project. As an immediate solution to the problem, the Chief Minister has promised to make the Pattiseema Lift Irrigation Project operational within a year's time. 8. Industrial investments for job creation: The Chief Minister has visited China, Davos (World Economic Forum), Japan and Singapore as part of his efforts to attract foreign investments to the state and create employment for youth. Within one year of government, we have implemented Rs.40,000 crore worth programs including welfare activities. This also includes Rs670 crore worth crop insurance. 9. Skill Development: AP State Skill Development Corporation, first of its kind in the country, has been set up to train students and make them industry-ready.

DWCRA women spearhead sand mining & sale: Through our new Sand Policy, we have handed over the sale and mining of sand to women of Self-help groups to curtail the prevalence of sand mafia. This also has the double advantage of providing sustained income to SHG groups. 11. Red Sanders- a revenue generating source: We have brought down Red Sandalwood smuggling by 70% in the last one year by auctioning seized red sander and have generated revenues worth nearly Rs. 3,000 crore. 12. Leading in e-Governance: In a first in the country, the Chief Minister chaired the first paperless e-Cabinet meeting. That apart, paddy procurement, e-POS under PDS, e-Office system, pension disbursement have been digitized.
